HOTEL MIRADOR, Palma de Mallorca – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was superb, right by the marina with great dining options nearby. The rooms offered a nice marina view but were disturbed by noise from late-night gatherings. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in addressing specific needs. However, the roadworks outside affected the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although spacious and ideal for my needs, were a bit disappointing as they didn't have the balcony as advertised and had a sewerage smell. The location was excellent with a view of Palma Cathedral, but it was noisy at times. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, with some staff being extremely helpful while others displayed a 'couldn't care less' attitude. The dining options were limited and a bit overpriced, although the views were nice. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.
